Dear Tobacco Control Advocates, The City of Oakland is asking Oakland residents for their opinions on new secondhand smoke provisions. If you are an Oakland resident, please take a few moments to answer this survey. The answers will let our elected officials know how you feel about these protections. Please go to the Policy/Advocacy section for a one page summary of the proposed provisions and a two-page flier summarizing the latest research/studies on secondhand smoke exposure outdoors and in multi-unit housing.
